Stofhoes voor het achterste A-frame kogelgewricht, onderdeel van de achterwielophanging.

Het A-frame fixeert de achteras en draait op een kogelgewricht aan de voorste top. Deze rubberen hoes past over dat kogelgewricht om water, vuil en gruis buiten te houden, waardoor het gewricht wordt beschermd tegen besmetting en voortijdige slijtage. Een gescheurde of vergane hoes laat binnendringing toe en is een veelvoorkomend vervangingsonderdeel.
