It's a thrust washer for the upper swivel pin in the front axle swivel pin housing. It seats against the upper swivel pin and works alongside the Railko bush, carrying the axial load and setting the bearing clearance at the top of the swivel.

How many of these washers are needed for a swivel overhaul?
