Can the CKSA12 inflate tyres?

No, the CKSA12 is intended for Air Locker operation rather than tyre inflation. To add inflation capability you'll need a separate ARB pump-up kit. On its own, the compressor and its pressure-switch manifold are sized to actuate up to two Air Locker differentials.
