What does the DC7006 Poly Bush Kit replace?
The DC7006 is a complete polyurethane suspension bush kit made by Allmakes. It replaces the full set of rubber chassis and axle location bushes in one go, covering the radius arm mountings, Panhard rod, anti-roll bar mountings and link arm bushes. Polyurethane holds location tighter and resists perishing longer than rubber.
Why fit polyurethane bushes instead of rubber?
Polyurethane bushes like those in the DC7006 kit hold suspension location more tightly and resist perishing, oil and age better than standard rubber. That sharpens handling and articulation. The trade-off is usually a small increase in transmitted vibration compared with soft rubber bushes.
Does the DC7006 kit include everything for a full bush refresh?
The DC7006 is a complete kit covering the radius arm mountings (axle and chassis), Panhard rod, front and rear anti-roll bar mountings, rear link arm bushes and the shock absorber bushes. It's designed to refresh the full chassis and axle bush set in a single fitment.
