Gloeibougie voor het voorverwarmingssysteem voor een koude start van dieselmotoren, in de cilinderkop geschroefd om in de verbrandingskamer (of voorverbrandingskamer) te projecteren.

Wanneer deze vóór het starten wordt geactiveerd, verwarmt het verwarmingselement de binnenkomende lucht en de kamer om een betrouwbare ontsteking van de dieselbrandstof bij koude motor te bevorderen. Geschikt voor de 2.5L atmosferische en 2.5L turbodieselmotoren.
