Intercooler-turboslang van het laadluchtsysteem van de 2,5-liter turbodieselmotor.

Hij transporteert perslucht door het intercooler-circuit tussen de turbocompressor en de inlaat, en is bestand tegen de laaddruk, hitte en olienevel die in het laadluchtkanaal aanwezig zijn. Een intacte slang handhaaft de laaddruk en voorkomt verlies van laadlucht, waardoor de gasrespons en de verbranding worden beschermd.

Deze slang wordt geleverd zonder bevestigingsklemmen. Hij wordt vervangen bij scheuren, uitzetting, verweking door olievervuiling of lekkage bij de aansluitingen, aangezien elke verstoring de laaddruk en de motorprestaties vermindert.
