FBH Controller (GSM) is een module voor afstandsbediening en bewaking van de Webasto-brandstofgestookte standkachel die wordt gebruikt in TDV6 dieseltoepassingen. Hiermee kan de kachel op afstand worden gestart en gestopt, zodat de cabine en de motor onder koude omstandigheden kunnen worden voorverwarmd zonder het voertuig te naderen.

De controller interfaceert met de brandstofgestookte kachel en wordt geactiveerd via de follow-me-home koplampfunctie van de voertuigsleutel of via een sms-commando, waarvoor een actieve simkaart moet worden geplaatst. Naast de kachelregeling biedt het sms-gebaseerde GPS-tracking met locatielinks, een externe temperatuursensor met configureerbare lage en hoge temperatuurwaarschuwingen, automatische motorstartdetectie, automatische uitschakeling van de kachel wanneer de motor start, en automatische uitschakeling bij lage accuspanning.

De kabelboom is primair bedraad voor voertuigen met het stuur rechts; bij voertuigen met het stuur links moet de 12V-accukabel worden verlengd om de accu te bereiken.

Which vehicles does this FBH controller fit?

Does the GSM controller need a SIM card?
Yes, the SMS control and SMS-based GPS tracking features need an active SIM card fitted to the controller. Without a SIM you can still use the key fob follow-me-home trigger, but the remote text commands, location links, and temperature alerts rely on the mobile connection.
Does it fit left-hand-drive vehicles?
The harness is wired primarily for right-hand-drive installations. On left-hand-drive vehicles the 12V battery lead has to be extended to reach the battery, so allow for that during fitting. The control functions themselves are the same once wired in.
