It's an 18mm sealing ring for the engine oil cooler and oil filter housing on the 3.0 V6 diesel. It seals the joint between the engine and the oil filter housing to prevent oil leaks.
How many oil cooler seals do I need?
Three of these seals are used per engine on the 3.0 V6 diesel, sealing the oil cooler to filter housing joints. Replace all three together when the housing is disturbed.
