This is a solid (non-vented) front brake disc with a cross-drilled and grooved face (Terrafirma). The drillings and grooves vent gas and dust from behind the pad for better bite. It fits Defender up to 2016, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic.

What is the difference between this CDG disc and a plain solid disc?

The difference is the cross-drilled and grooved friction face, which improves braking in wet and hot conditions over a plain solid disc. Fitment is the same, non-vented. Choose the CDG disc for uprated braking feel.

How many of these discs are needed?
