Gepositioneerd in een groef in de fuseeboring, positioneert het het lager axiaal en houdt het tegen werkbelastingen. Het is een eenmalig te gebruiken borgring, die telkens wanneer het achternaaflager wordt losgemaakt, moet worden vervangen.

How many 95mm bearing circlips are needed?
Two 95mm circlips are fitted per vehicle, one per rear hub. They're inexpensive single-use rings, so ordering both at once is sensible when working on both rear hubs or replacing the rear wheel bearings.
