Intercooler voor het turbogeladen 3.0L diesel (M57 D30) laadluchtsysteem. Het zit tussen de turbo-uitlaat en het inlaatspruitstuk en koelt de gecomprimeerde inlaatlucht nadat de turbo deze heeft verwarmd. De dichtere, koelere lading verbetert de verbrandingsefficiëntie en helpt de inlaattemperaturen binnen de perken te houden.
