Knipperlichtrelais - het elektronische relais dat het circuit van de richtingaanwijzers en de waarschuwingsknipperlichten regelt.

Het schakelt de indicatielampjes aan en uit met de gereguleerde knipperfrequentie wanneer de richtingaanwijzers of de schakelaar van de waarschuwingsknipperlichten worden bediend. Het solid-state apparaat wordt aangesloten op de knipperlichtfitting in het elektrische circuit van de carrosserie en stelt de knipperfrequentie in voor het gehele indicatorysteem.
