Thermostaathuispakking dicht het thermostaathuis (wateruitlaatbocht) af naar het inlaatspruitstuk op de 3.5L carburateur V8-motor.

Deze zit in het koelsysteem op het punt waar koelvloeistof de motor verlaat naar de bovenste radiatorslang, en zorgt voor een lekvrije verbinding rond de thermostaat, voorkomt koelvloeistofverlies en het binnendringen van lucht bij het huisvlak.
