Motorsteunrubber (V8) ondersteunt de V8 benzinemotor op het chassis en isoleert diens trillingen van de carrosserie.

De gebonden rubber-metaalsteun draagt het gewicht van de motor en vangt de koppelbelastingen op, terwijl het trillingen dempt en geluidsoverdracht naar het voertuig vermindert. Hetzelfde type steun wordt gebruikt op beide motorposities, en bij handgeschakelde transmissies dient het ook als versnellingsbaksteun.
