Klepsteelkapje is een gehard kapje dat over het uiteinde van de klepsteel in de klepbediening van de cilinderkop zit.

Het vormt het slijtage-oppervlak tussen de tuimelaar en het uiteinde van de klepsteel, waarbij het wrijvingscontact wordt opgevangen zodat de kleppunt zelf beschermd is. Bij motoren die af fabriek niet standaard met kapjes zijn uitgerust, kunnen ze worden toegevoegd wanneer de klepsteeluiteinden of tuimelaarplaten zware slijtage vertonen. Per stuk verkocht.
