Binnenste portierruitafdichting (voor) loopt langs de binnenste taillelijn van het voorportier en dicht af tegen het raamglas.

Gemonteerd aan de binnenzijde van het portier aan de onderkant van de raamopening, veegt het het glas schoon om water en stof uit de portierholte te houden en stabiliseert het het glas wanneer het omhoog en omlaag wordt bewogen.

The MTC8473 door inner waist seal runs along the inner waistline of the front door on the Land Rover Defender, sealing against the window glass. It wipes the glass as it's raised and lowered, keeping water and dust out of the door cavity and steadying the glass.
What's the difference between the inner and outer waist seal?
The inner waist seal sits on the inboard face of the door, against the cabin side of the glass, while the outer seal wipes the outside face. This is the inner front seal. If water is getting past the outside of the glass, you'll want the outer seal instead.
How many inner waist seals do I need for the front doors?
You'll need one inner waist seal per front door, so a pair covers both front doors. It's sold individually, so order two if you're resealing the left and right front doors together. Each seal fits its own door aperture.
