De kachelradiator is de warmtewisselaarkern in de verwarmingskast, waardoor hete motorkoelvloeistof circuleert om de lucht die de cabine in wordt geblazen te verwarmen. Deze unit is ontworpen voor modellen zonder airconditioning met horizontale in- en uitlaatleidingaansluitingen, tot VIN WA159806 en voor RHD-voertuigen van VIN XA159807 tot 2A633474.
