Wissermoer - de speciale flensmoer voor de spil van het ruitenwisserhuis. Het ruitenwisserhuis is het tandwielscharnier waar de ruitenwisserarm op wordt gemonteerd; deze moer klemt de spil door het carrosseriepaneel en positioneert het scharnier van de ruitenwisserarm.

Het maakt deel uit van de ruitenwissermechaniek, waarbij de flens de klemkracht verdeelt om de spil vast te houden tegen het werkingskoppel van de ruitenwisserarm.
