It's a moulded rubber weather seal that closes the gap between adjacent body panels. It keeps out water, dust and draughts, and cushions the panels where they meet.
Which models and configurations use this seal?
It fits the Defender and Series models built up to 1987, for both left-hand and right-hand sides. On Series II/IIA, it's specific to the 109 inch chassis with Hard Top or Tropical Roof.
Do I need one seal or a pair?
It fits both left-hand and right-hand sides, so if both sides need replacing, order one for each side.
