Which Land Rovers does this door seal fit?

This LH lower front door seal fits the Land Rover Series 2, 2A and 3 (1958-1984) only. It does not fit the Defender. It seals the left-hand front door to the bulkhead, so confirm you have a Series model before ordering.

Do I need the right-hand seal as well?

This is the left-hand (LH) seal, 395599, for the left front door only. The right-hand door uses a separate seal. If you're resealing both front doors on your Series 2/3, you'll need the matching RH seal too.
