This cable connects the dashboard choke control to the choke mechanism on a Weber carburettor conversion, letting you manually enrich the fuel mixture for cold starts. It's supplied specifically to suit the DA2126 conversion kit.
Which Land Rover models use this choke cable?
It fits Series II, IIA and III models running the 2.25 litre petrol engine with a DA2126 Weber carburettor conversion fitted. It won't fit vehicles still running the original SU carburettor setup.
How do I know if I need this cable, or a different choke cable?
You need this cable only if your Series vehicle has already had the DA2126 Weber conversion fitted. If you're still running the standard carburettor, this cable won't be compatible with your choke mechanism.
