Does the 503456S pipe come with a gasket?

No, the 503456S exhaust pipe doesn't include the flange gasket. The companion gasket, part 213358, seals the joint at the flange and is ordered separately. Fit a fresh gasket when installing the pipe, as the old one is usually distorted once the joint is disturbed.
