Achterklepconstructie is de complete, aan de zijkant scharnierende onderste achterklep (laadklep) voor de achterzijde van het voertuig, met daarop het extern gemonteerde reservewiel.

De zijdelings wegzwenkende halve deur scharniert zijdelings om de volledige achteropening voor het laden te openen, en sluit op een anti-burst vergrendeling. Geleverd als complete constructie.
