What is the ANR3140LR nut used for?
The ANR3140LR is a genuine Land Rover M16 flanged Nyloc nut for suspension link fixings. On the Defender (up to 2016), Discovery 2 and Range Rover P38 it secures the radius arm, panhard rod and top link mountings, with a nylon insert that resists loosening from vibration.
Can this Nyloc nut be reused?
No, this M16 Nyloc is typically single-use. Once the nylon insert has been compressed onto the thread its locking grip drops, so fit a new nut whenever a radius arm, panhard rod or top link fixing is disturbed rather than refitting the old one.
Which Land Rovers does it fit?
