Afdichtring een koperen compressiering voor de aftapplug van het motoroliecarter, gebruikt op de Td5 2.5L 5-cilinder turbodiesel.

Deze wordt geplaatst tussen de aftapplug en het carter en vervormt wanneer de plug wordt aangedraaid, om zo een olie-dichte afdichting te vormen. Als compressiering wordt deze bij elke olieverversing vernieuwd, zodat de aftapplug correct opnieuw afdicht.

What is the CDU1001LLR sealing washer used for?
The CDU1001LLR is a copper sealing crush washer for the engine oil sump drain plug. It seats between the drain plug and the sump pan and deforms as the plug is tightened to form an oil-tight seal. It's a Genuine Land Rover part fitted to Td5 engines.
Can the sealing washer be reused, or does it need replacing each oil change?
Replace the sealing washer at every oil change. As a copper crush washer it deforms when the drain plug is tightened, so a used one won't reseal reliably and can weep oil. Fit a fresh washer each time the sump plug is removed.
How many sealing washers do I need for an oil change?
Typically one sealing washer per oil change, as there's a single sump drain plug on the Td5 engine. It's sold individually, so order one washer for each drain and reseal.
