Druklagerring voor de krukas hoofdlagermontage van de 2,5-liter viercilinder motor.

Het bevindt zich op de centrale hoofdlagerpen en reguleert de axiale speling van de krukas, handhaaft de juiste axiale speling en beperkt de voorwaartse en achterwaartse beweging van de krukas onder belasting. De lagervlakken dragen de drukkrachten die via de koppeling en drijfstangen worden overgebracht.

Druklagerringen worden geproduceerd in gegradeerde diktes, zodat de axiale speling binnen de specificaties kan worden ingesteld tijdens een revisie van het onderblok, en worden vernieuwd wanneer de krukas of hoofdlagers worden vervangen.
