Aftapplugring is de koperen afdichtingsring voor de aftapplug van de handgeschakelde LT77-versnellingsbak.

Deze wordt tussen de magnetische aftapplug en de versnellingsbakbehuizing geplaatst om de aftapopening af te dichten en olielekkage te voorkomen. Als koperen knelring vervormt deze wanneer de plug wordt aangedraaid om de afdichting te vormen en moet deze telkens wanneer de plug wordt verwijderd, worden vervangen.
