What is the FTC3647 swivel pin gasket for?
The FTC3647 swivel pin gasket seals the joint where the swivel pin housing bolts to the axle case on the front axle. It retains the swivel lubricant and keeps water and dirt out of the steering swivel assembly. This is the Genuine Land Rover gasket.
How many swivel pin gaskets do I need?
One swivel pin gasket is fitted per side, so you'll typically need two to do both front swivels. They're sold individually, so order two if you're rebuilding both sides of the front axle at the same time.
Can the swivel pin gasket be reused?
