What does the EGR outlet pipe gasket seal?
This gasket seals the EGR system outlet pipe on the Range Rover L322 and Range Rover Sport L320 3.6L V8 TdV8 diesel. It seals the joint carrying recirculated exhaust gas, preventing leaks in the EGR circuit. It's a Genuine Land Rover part.
Which engine does this EGR gasket fit?
This EGR gasket fits the 3.6L V8 32V TdV8 Lion diesel in the Range Rover L322 (2002-2012) and Range Rover Sport L320 (2005-2013). It covers builds from (V)7A000001 through the later (V)AA000001 onward range. It won't fit petrol V8 engines.
Should the EGR gasket be reused?
Replace this EGR gasket every time the outlet pipe is disturbed. Exhaust gaskets typically crush and harden in service and won't reseal once removed, so fitting a new gasket is standard when working on the EGR system of the L322 or Range Rover Sport L320 TdV8.
