Brandstoftankontluchtingsslang in het brandstoftankventilatiesysteem. Deze sluit aan op de brandstoftank en voert brandstofdamp en verplaatste lucht weg, waardoor de tank kan ademen wanneer het niveau verandert tijdens het tanken en bij normale brandstofafvoer, terwijl damp in het verdampings-emissiecircuit wordt geleid in plaats van naar de atmosfeer te worden afgevoerd.

Een vergane, gescheurde of geknikte slang kan brandstofgeur, langzaam vullen of tankproblemen veroorzaken. Wordt vervangen om de juiste tankontluchting te herstellen.
