The LR040877LR is a fuel supply manifold, sometimes called a fuel rail, for the left-hand cylinder bank of the 3.0 V6 diesel. It feeds fuel to that bank's injectors as part of the engine's fuel delivery system. Left-hand bank application only.

What problems does a faulty fuel manifold cause?
Fuel manifolds can leak at their unions or seals, giving fuel smells, difficult starting or reduced rail pressure on that bank. A leaking left-hand manifold on the 3.0 V6 diesel is normally replaced to restore proper fuel delivery.
