Borgmoerplaat is een ingeklemde, van schroefdraad voorziene plaat die wordt gebruikt in de vergrendelingsconstructie van de achterklep. Deze biedt de vaste schroefdraad waaraan het sluitmechanisme van de achterklep wordt bevestigd.
