What is the LED Shower Awning and what does it do?
It's a vehicle-mounted privacy enclosure for showering or changing outdoors, opening to roughly 1m x 1m x 2m. Fold-out arms lock out to support 600D Oxford ripstop fabric sides and a roof, forming an enclosed space to change out of wet kit. Made by Terrafirma.
How does the shower awning attach to the vehicle?
It mounts to most roof racks and vertical surfaces using a T-slot extruded aluminium back plate with universal brackets. It has to be carried by the vehicle and isn't freestanding, so it needs a solid roof rack or panel to bolt the back plate to.
What's included with the LED Shower Awning?
It comes with the awning, universal mounting brackets, fixings and tent pegs. A dual-colour USB LED light strip attaches to the frame with Velcro, and the whole unit packs down into a vinyl cover bag for storage and transport.
Will it fit my roof rack?
It fits most roof racks and vertical surfaces through its universal brackets, so it isn't tied to a specific Land Rover model. Check that your rack or mounting surface has a flat area to take the T-slot aluminium back plate before ordering.
