Voorste Aandrijfasflensboutenset - de hoogwaardige bevestigingsmiddelen die de voorste aandrijfas aan zijn bijbehorende flenzen aan de verdeelbak en asuiteinden van de aandrijflijn bevestigen.

De bouten klemmen de flensoppervlakken samen om de aandrijving over te brengen zonder beweging onder rotatiebelasting, en worden geleverd met zelfborgende moeren. De bouten voor het verdeelbakuiteinde zijn langer dan die voor het as-/differentieeluiteinde.

Dit zijn gegradeerde aandrijfasbevestigingsmiddelen en mogen niet worden vervangen door standaard bevestigingsmaterialen; monteer bij hermontage nieuwe zelfborgende moeren.

What is the front propshaft flange bolt kit used for?
The front propshaft flange bolt kit secures the front propshaft to its mating flanges at the transfer box and axle/differential ends. The bolts clamp the flange faces so drive transmits without movement under load, and the kit is supplied with self-locking nuts.
Are all the bolts in the kit the same length?
No. The bolts for the transfer box end are longer than those for the axle/differential end, so they aren't interchangeable. The kit covers both ends of the front propshaft on the Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic.
Can the self-locking nuts be reused?
No, fit new self-locking nuts every time the propshaft is removed. These are graded propshaft fasteners and shouldn't be substituted with standard hardware, as the locking feature wears after first use.
Which vehicles does this front propshaft bolt kit fit?
It fits the Defender 1986-2006, Discovery 1 (1989-1998) and Range Rover Classic, which share the same front driveline flange pattern. Check your propshaft flanges against the kit before fitting if the vehicle has had driveline changes.
