Motorsteunrubber is een gelijmde rubber-op-metaal isolator in de aandrijflijnmontage. Het bevindt zich tussen de montagebeugel en het chassis en draagt de belasting van de aandrijflijn terwijl het trillingen van de motor en aandrijflijn die in het chassis worden overgebracht, dempt.
