Gloeibougie voor het voorverwarmingscircuit van de dieselmotor bij koude start. De bougie wordt in de cilinderkop geschroefd waarbij het verwarmingselement in de verbrandingskamer uitsteekt, waardoor de temperatuur in de cilinder wordt verhoogd om een betrouwbare ontsteking van de dieselbrandstof te garanderen tijdens het koud starten en opwarmen.

Per cilinder wordt één gloeibougie gemonteerd en deze wordt door de motorregeleenheid via het gloeibougieregelrelais bekrachtigd voor een geregelde voorverwarmings- en naverwarmingscyclus. Geleverd als enkele bougie.
