Can the Copper Sealing Washer ADU6847L be reused, or must it be replaced each time?
It must be replaced each time the banjo bolt is removed. Copper sealing washers deform under torque to seal the banjo face and can't reliably re-seal if reused. Always fit new washers when reconnecting oil feed banjos at the turbocharger, alternator, or oil filter housing. Cross-reference is AFU1887L.
How many Copper Sealing Washers are needed for a turbocharger oil feed job?
A turbocharger oil feed banjo typically has one washer each side of the banjo fitting, requiring two washers per banjo connection. If replacing both the oil feed and oil return banjos on a turbocharger, four washers are typically needed in total. Order in multiples to have spares available.
