Buitenste vulring - 1.65 mm - Voorste aandrijfas / homokineet

Deze 1.65 mm vulring wordt gebruikt om de axiale speling van de voorste aandrijfas binnen de homokinetische verbinding aan de buitenste (naafkap) zijde in te stellen. Correcte axiale speling is cruciaal voor de levensduur van de homokineet en de aandrijfas; vulringen worden geselecteerd uit een reeks diktes om de gespecificeerde tolerantie te bereiken tijdens montage of revisie.

De vulring wordt geplaatst tussen de homokineet en de borgring aan het buitenste uiteinde van de aandrijfas. Deze wordt vervangen of opnieuw geselecteerd telkens wanneer de voorste aandrijfas, homokineet of naafconstructie wordt gedemonteerd.
