Deurafdichting voor de achterdeur, passend langs de onderste vloerrand van de zijdelings scharnierende achterklep. Het vormt de afdichtingsinterface tussen de onderkant van de achterdeur en de carrosseriestructuur, en dicht de verbinding tussen deur en vloer af tegen water, stof en tocht.

De afdichting past in het onderste gedeelte van de afdichting van de achterdeur en werkt samen met de omliggende afdichtingen om de weerbestendige afdichting te voltooien wanneer de deur is vergrendeld.
