Brandstofconnectorblokpakking voor de Td5 2.5L vijfcilinder turbodieselmotor, die het brandstofconnectorblok afdicht aan de motor binnen het brandstofdrukregelaarcircuit.

Deze vormt het afdichtingsoppervlak waar het connectorblok, dat de brandstofdrukregelaar draagt, op de motor wordt gemonteerd en voorkomt brandstoflekkage bij de verbinding. Vernieuw de pakking telkens wanneer de regelaar of het connectorblok wordt losgemaakt.

Deze pakking is geschikt voor eerdere Td5-motoren; de bijbehorende pakking voor latere motoren is MSX000010.

The MSX100080 seals the fuel connector block on the Td5 engine, where the fuel rail inlet and return pipes connect to the injection system. A leaking gasket can cause diesel fumes in the engine bay and fuel pressure loss that affects starting and running.
Which Td5 engines use this gasket?
This fits the 2.5L Td5 engine up to engine number 10P15967B in the Land Rover Defender and Discovery 2. It's the pre-1A Td5 variant. Engines beyond this number use a different specification, so confirm your engine number before ordering.
Should the fuel block gasket be replaced when disturbing the fuel rail?
Yes. The MSX100080 seals under compression and once removed, the sealing face is compromised. Reusing an old gasket typically results in a fuel leak. Fit a new gasket any time the fuel connector block is disturbed.
