What is the RTC3650 washer jet tubing used for?

The RTC3650 washer jet tubing is the flexible hose in the windscreen washer system. It carries washer fluid from the reservoir pump to the washer jets, routed through the bodywork and along the bonnet. It fits the washer systems on the Defender, Discovery 1, Discovery 2, Freelander 1 and Range Rover Classic.

How much washer tubing do I need to order?

The RTC3650 is sold per metre, so order enough to cover the full run from the pump to the jets plus a little slack. Many jobs need more than one metre once routing through the bodywork is allowed for, so measure the old hose before ordering.

How does the washer tubing connect up?

The RTC3650 tubing is cut to length on fitting and push-connects to the pump outlet, the washer jets and any in-line connectors or non-return valves. No special tools are needed, just a clean square cut so each push-fit joint seals against leaks.
