Glaszekering met een classificatie van 15A, een patroonzekering die wordt gebruikt in het elektrische systeem van voertuigen.

The RTC4502 is a 15A glass cartridge fuse that protects a 15A electrical circuit against overcurrent. It seats in the fuse box or inline holder and breaks the circuit when current exceeds 15A. It fits the Land Rover Defender 90, 110 and 130 from 1983 up to VIN (V)FA424037, which used glass-type fuses.

Why did later Defenders stop using this glass fuse?

Later Defenders switched from glass fuses to blade-type fuses, which is why the RTC4502 fits the 90, 110 and 130 only up to VIN (V)FA424037. If your Defender has a blade fuse box, this 15A glass fuse won't fit. Check your fuse box type before ordering.

Can I fit a higher-rated fuse if the 15A keeps blowing?
