De kachelradiator, gelegen in de kachelbehuizing achter het dashboard, is een kleine radiatorkern waar koelvloeistof van de motor doorheen circuleert. De aanjager blaast lucht over de lamellen van de radiator en levert verwarmde lucht aan het interieur via de ventilatieopeningen. De bijbehorende O-ringafdichting (STC3262) moet tegelijkertijd worden vernieuwd om lekkage van koelvloeistof bij de radiatoraansluitingen te voorkomen.
