O-Ring is a 60mm sealing ring used in the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) circuit of the 2.0L four-cylinder diesel engine (AJ200 / AJ20D4 family).
It seals a joint in the low-pressure EGR section, maintaining a gas-tight connection where cooled exhaust gas is routed back into the intake. The ring is renewed whenever the joint is disturbed, as an old or hardened seal can allow an exhaust-gas leak. Fitted to diesel applications only.
