What we do when a concern is raised
We assess every report promptly. Where a safety risk is confirmed we take corrective action, which may include withdrawing the product from sale, contacting affected customers, and where required a recall. We cooperate with the Dutch market-surveillance authority (NVWA) and other competent EU authorities.
