Air Intake Hose running between the engine crankcase breather and the air cleaner inlet on the 2.4 Puma diesel engine.
It routes crankcase blow-by gases into the air cleaner inlet so they are drawn back through the induction system and burnt, rather than vented to atmosphere. Moulded to the original routing.
Inspect at service intervals and replace if cracked, hardened or leaking, as a failed hose disturbs both crankcase ventilation and intake sealing.
