One of the smaller-diameter bolts in the cylinder head bolt pattern, working alongside the main M10 bolts to retain the head gasket seal. Fitted to the 2.4L and 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi diesel engines. Cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield fasteners and should be renewed whenever the cylinder head is removed.
