Exhaust Manifold Stud secures the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head, part of the exhaust manifold mounting hardware.

This is an M10 stud, threaded M10x15 at one end and M10x18 at the other, used with a nut to clamp the manifold flange against the head. Suitable for the 2.4L Duratorq TDCi and 2.2L TDCi diesel engines. Studs in this location are subject to high heat and thermal cycling and are commonly replaced when removing or refitting the exhaust manifold.
