The damper controls body movement and wheel travel at the rear axle, its damping rate adjusted electronically in response to road and driving conditions as part of the adaptive suspension system. Fits either the left- or right-hand position; two are fitted per vehicle.

Supplied without the reinforcement, seal and nut.
