Genuine Part
Genuine: Original manufacturer part. This product is the original part designed and produced by the vehicle manufacturer.
Compressed Air Hose in the intercooler charge-air circuit. It carries pressurised charge air through the boost ducting so compressed air from the turbocharger passes through the intercooler on its way to the intake.

The hose is pre-formed to route between its fixed connection points and must seal against boost pressure to maintain intake charge and engine performance. It fits the 3.0L V6 diesel charge-air system.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LR053285LR compressed air hose used for?
The LR053285LR compressed air hose carries pressurised charge air through the intercooler circuit on the 3.0L V6 diesel. It routes boost air from the turbocharger through the intercooler on the way to the intake, sealing against boost pressure.
Where is this hose located?
This compressed air hose sits in the charge-air (boost) ducting between the turbocharger and intake on the 3.0L V6 diesel. It is pre-formed to route between its fixed connection points in the intercooler circuit.
What are the signs this hose has failed?
A failed charge-air hose typically splits or perishes at the bends, causing boost loss, reduced power, and sometimes a whistling or hissing under load. A cracked hose can also set boost-related fault codes.
Which vehicles does this fit?
It fits the Range Rover L405 (2013-2022) and Range Rover Sport L494 (2014-2022) with the 3.0L V6 diesel, including hybrid. Use your VIN to confirm the engine before ordering.
